Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading medical device company to recruit for an Order Processor to support order fulfillment, customer service operations, and internal sales teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming orders for capital units and parts via QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.
- Act as a customer service liaison, ensuring professional and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and executives.
- Enter data accurately, process credit card payments, and maintain precise order records.
- Track orders and ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Provide timely order status updates to sales representatives, managers, and customers.
- Proofread all order details to ensure accuracy of materials, logistics, and delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to improve service levels, enhance supply-chain efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Maintain the customer database, including contact information, payment details, tax requirements, and exemption certificates.
- Manage demo/loaner equipment logs and warranty return documentation.
- Compile monthly itemized sales reports and maintain organized archives of all sales invoices.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the Supervisor.
- Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Report directly to Liz Burbank-Wills, Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, dynamic attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, proactive approach when addressing challenges or workflow issues.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines.
